Hi, I'm not sure where to find this setting, I set a 100% deposit required, and when heading to checkout I have attached what we see. It says "Family Photo Sitting Fee" and I would rather it just say "Total" or "Fee" something like that. Can't for the life of me find where to change this?

It's with the booking service. Edit your studio school portraits 2020 booking service and click the Additional Text / Language area under the text editor and it is there.
