I have a competitor who has offered some of my school customers a 60% discount on their basic package which is the same price and print quantity.
I have to respond with something similar.
I figured out how to make a coupon but cannot see how to attach it to just one product out of 60 plus products. Could I have to price lists active at once?
Looking for some help or suggestions
Thanks

It's not possible for a coupon to only apply to a certain product.
Each product you have has the option for "do no allow discounting". If they all had that option checked except for the one then it could work.
There is a sale option that works on a per price group basis:

You could put that product and any others you want to put on sale in their own price group and apply the sale to that price group. They would not need a coupon doing it this way.
