Hello,
when I go to my sytist page, I get this screen (see attached photo) It says unable to locate database.
What can I do?

I don't see anything attached, but if it says unable to locate database, that would mean the database is missing. Have you moved hosting or websites? Anyone been doing any work on your hosting? You will probably need to get with your host about the error.

Thanks Tim. I just got this:
“this email is from Bluehost. I have tried restoring from working backup but shows an error. I would suggest you to check with a developer regarding the issue as it is custom coded PHP website”
