Special Event Booking Not Showing Up

I created a Special Event which spans multiple days. The first Saturday of each month for the year.
A booking was just made for the first Saturday in March.
The customers’s account shows no booking.
The calendar shows no booking.
Require deposit when booking is checked. Auto confirm with deposit is not checked, however I see no way to confirm the session, or and notice that there is a session booking which needs to be confirmed.

Are you sure it was through the booking calendar? Did you receive the booking request email? It should show with the booking service in the admin and in the calendar.

Pretty sure. I don't know of any other way to book it.

Something must have happened during the order getting created in the checkout process. Might have just been a fluke. If it happens again, let me know and we can look more into it.
