Is it possible to only request a persons address state etc if there is going to be a physical items to be sent, and for all other digital downloads, bookings etc, to not request the client address for those details. This would just make it a little less intimidating for clients to place an order with the least amount of details needed to complete the order. many want to protect their privacy and only share details that are needed

I think this is quite important to me too.

New GDPR rules have made everybody more sensitive about their personal data.

As maybe only 10% (if that) of my client base asks for home delivery, I subsequently don't colllect the address at all with Sytist, even for physical items, becuase with Paypal option you can always get their home address from their payment order for the few that request it.
