More Customisable Dates/times For Booking Calendar?

Hi,
We provide a number of different shoot/appointment types, and several of these depend on the day of the week - for example, I only want to arrange viewings for certain times on particular days, and we only shoot newborn portraits during certain times of other days...
We've already used the custom available days feature to only allow certain shoots for particular days - but I wondered if that could be expanded so I can go into any shoot booking and set available TIMES as well as days for each day independently?
As an example, any one particular shoot might look like this:
Monday 10am to 6pm
Tuesday n/a
Wednesday 3pm to 4pm
Thursday 10am to 4pm
Friday 2pm to 10pm
Saturday 10am to 6pm
Sunday n/a
If we could set days/times up like this for each shoot/appointment type independently that would be awesome... and would REALLY help me out with juggling all the different types of sessions we do, to avoid meetings & viewings from clashing with actual shoot sessions!
