Manual Booking To Special Event

I have a special event set up under booking services with multiple time slots on the same day (aka mini sessions). It is set up to require deposit to book the session. One client is having a hard time booking. I would like to be able to manually add someone from my end without requiring deposit. How can I do that?

You can view the event in the admin (where you create / edit the event) and click the Bookings tab. Then at the bottom of that screen is a "Add Booking or Event" button.
