How To View Options Selected On A Collection Order?

Hello!

I have an order from a client containing a Collection with has two options within the collection.

Where do I view these options that are within the Collection that were selected by the client? I cannot see them in the "Order" view, is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Thank you,
Cate

If there are options selected for the collection, it will show on the order right underneath the collection name.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the reply! My order sheet does not have the options visible like in the example you show. Here is a screenshot of what the order looks on my end: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ue1cV9ocsV0_Y5gkrfizfzmKlHm3S7KJ/view?usp=sharing

There are two options, one of which is required in the collection that the client should have selected. The required selection is a graphics option. The non-required option is a text box.

This collection also only appears on a custom price list that is applied to the client only.

The client had a Bonus Coupon which was added to the cart for this collection. Could this be the reason? Perhaps the options were not selected because it was already in the cart?

Now that I am thinking about it, maybe they just added the images and checked out without selecting the options and somehow it worked even though one option was required?

**EDIT**
The client had previously ordered a Collection using this same process, with a Bonus Coupon, but the required selection was a Dropdown. This worked, but the options in this situation were on the Product level and not on the Collection level.

Thank you,
Cate

If they had selected any options for the collection, it would be listed right under Sarah and David Album. And that collection is set for selections only, so the products in that collection would not have the option for options.

I would suggest trying it out yourself. You won't have to actually place the order to see it. You would see the options selected in your shopping cart.
