Hi Tim
I'm using a security certificate on my website and that works fine.. all links are https, but my sitemap has all URLs in http format. Google Search Console warns about these links. Is it possible to have https links in the sitemap?
Thanks!

In your Sytist admin click Settings in the main menu.
Then underneath the left menu click edit config file.
Change this line (which should be the 3rd line)
$setup['url'] = "http://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
TO
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
(adding s after http)
And save.

I followed these steps and all it seems to have done is change the sitemap link itself to https... all the links INSIDE the sitemap file are still http. What am I missing here?
Thanks.
John

Nevermind.... I fixed this by editing an existing page and then saving... the sitemap was then updated with https links.
I read somewhere that Google recommends maintaining 2 sitemaps (and 2 robots.txt files), one for http and another for https. How can we achieve this with sytist? Or can we even?
Thanks.

I doubt google recommends 2 sitemaps, it would be duplicates. And it's not an option in Sytist.
