Update Disaster... Is It Possible To Return To Old Version?

Hi.

Oh my. Some problems with the new version.

My client says she cant view her photos on her phone (Samsung note)

I have checked and the following issues seem apparent since upgrading to the new version.

1. Gallery only loads the first 20 or so images and wont load any more, no matter what I try to do.

2 clicking on the images does not open them In full screen.

3 cart page is still the same via the small cart icon

4 for some reason, the new display seems to be backwards? With the landscape images side by side and the portrait one in a single column (tiny landscape HUGE portrait)

5 loading time for site seems to have slowed down dramatically?

Any help, thank you in advance

How did you do the update? Manually or use the auto update? It looks like the photo view file is missing. And maybe some mismatch files.

Hi Tim thank you for your swift reply, I used the Auto update..
I am now back in front of the PC and am having the same issues here.. The galley seems to have lost its ability to show a large photo when the thumbnails are clicked.

I am thinking perhaps there was a permission issue or something that caused that because there is definitely something missing.

Can you email me FTP access to your site (username and password) so I can check it out?

Hi Tim,

All sorted... I read between the lines and went ahead with the Manual install and I seen to be problem free.

Thank you again, for your work and support
