Watch Folder Being Deleted

I use the watch folder to upload via FTP. The folder I create within sy-upload somehow disappears occasionally so that when my script tries to upload subfolders to it again it errs out. It works fine mostly, just trying to figure out if there's any event server-side specifically in Sytist's logic that would cause that upload folder to disappear.

If the watch is running, it won't delete the original folder. Only thing I can think of is you clicked the process link instead of the watch link. The process link will delete the original folder when it is done.
