Not sure if this is a bug or not but I can't download a single file when the download zip file is enabled. It has the option and when clicked a pop up with text only "download file" appears. There's no button to click other than the x to close the pop up

Possible causes:
1) When you uploaded the photos, you checked the option to discard original files in the upload window. With that checked, there is no file to create the download.
2) In your download product (Photo Products -> Product Base), you have Max. Pixels set for the size to download, example 1500 ... but the size of the original file you uploaded is less than that (like you uploaded photos 1200 pixels on the longest side). So it can't create the file at 1500. You can set the Max. Pixels value to 0 so it downloads the original size file you uploaded.
3) The Max. Pixels value is blank for your download product. You would need to enter a 0 if it is.
