Does anybody know what database field I should list in export settings if I want to add store items to my sales reports?
For some events, I sell team pictures as a standalone store product and event pictures through normal gallery proofing. I know I can probably export the sales only from the store product associated with a given event gallery, but I'd have to reconcile them in Excel. As it stands, I have a ton of $20 team pictures in my normal orders export that I have no good way of categorizing...

The exports from orders automatically add store items to the export. It exports in the "Product Names" field ... where photo products would export too.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for the help! I just tried again, and I was able to setup the Product Export to include not only the product names but also the fields I'd been using in the Report Export as well. The problem I'm now having is that the Product Export is creating duplicate rows of the same order number. The number of duplicate rows seems to correspond to the number of images included in the order.
I'm not sure if I may just not be using the system in the way it was intended... What I'm trying to do is make a master spreadsheet of orders so that I can:
1) Calculate sales tax by the month for remitting to state(s)
2) Combine sales from a given event where most of the sales would be associated with a gallery but others would just be a product (which I typically name after the gallery)
Please forgive me if I'm missing something obvious here.

It is exporting the products/photos separately. Each line in the export would be a photo and the products selected for that photo.
You can click Reports in the main menu to get sales/tax for the month, year, dates.
You can click the Stats / Sales tab for each gallery or product in the Site Content area to view sales and orders for those galleries.
There is also a report export option when selecting multiple orders in the Orders section.

Got it - I'd forgotten that we could check individual products for their sales... thanks!
