Hi,
When someone purchases a digital download, after the payment is completed they go through to a page that allows them to download the file. This all works fine however, they also get an email that says "click the following link to view your order" and "To download your item(s), view the order on the website with the link above and click the download link next to the items". This is fine too but when the link is clicked it asks for the order number, their email address and their postal code as mandatory fields. The problem is that I haven't asked for their postal code in the visitor checkout or account creation stages so the people purchasing can not access their downloads. How do I fix this?
Thanks

You will need to either enable the postal code at checkout (Settings -> Account Requirements), or require them to create an account so they can log in to view their order (Settings -> Checkout & Payment).
