Specialized Two Days For An Event As Option

is there a way once they select the option they want to schedule for that there is only two days that show up without showing the entire calendar with not availabe dates except for the two? Like the photo that I am showing here as someone elses site?

You can create a booking service and select the Special 1 day event option. That would be just for a specific date. You would need to create one for each date (all though I am looking into making it multiple dates).

Special 1 Day Event
This option is if you have a special event for one day and offer different time slots for the event. Example, have a day of mini sessions with the Easter Bunny or something like that that is only for that day. Nothing else can be booked on the same day as the special event.
You will need to select the start time and end time for the day and also set the Length option for how long each slot is.
