Coupon Not Working

I tried creating a coupon to give someone a discount on an item. I have the cart total set from 1.00-99,999.00 and a flat rate discount of $50.00. The coupon applies but the discount amount shows as $0.00 Coupon setup attached.

Perhaps the products in your cart you are testing with are marked as Do not allow discounting. Edit those products to see if that option is checked.
