.htaccess Problem

I was poking around to see regarding making the site secure, and now my site is gone! I don't know how to restore the .htaccess file because my admin page is not found. HELP!

You will need to go into the File Manager in your hosting control panel from your hosting company to edit that file (.htaccess). You can just edit it and delete all the content and save where you can get to your admin site.
