Hey Everyone
Looking for some help, I have just started using the booking calendar functionality for Christmas Mini sessions but have come across a small issue.
I originally had the customer go all the way through to the page relevant for the product
https://www.louisemallanphotography.com/book/xmas-221018/
The system auto confirmed a booking for a customer once they paid and it was added to the calendar without any issue.
But I thought to reduce the number of clicks for the customer and I would change the subpage https://www.louisemallanphotography.com/book/ to allow them to book the product directly by clicking the book now button to present the times and arrange payment. This had a different result, the customer paid the booking but the calendar doesn't seem to have been updated.
Am I using this correctly? Or is the only way for this to work by moving back to the original setup?

It looks like it is set up correctly. Did you get a booking notice email? And are you sure it isn't on the calendar?

From looking at the previous booking I received that successfully updated the calendar, it looks like I received all the correct booking information via email for this booking.
I double checked the calendar and the booking table in the phpmyadmin but it doesn't seem to have completed.
I have manually added it into the calendar so isn't that big of a deal, I might have just been a one off I will keep an eye on it and report anything I find out.
I mainly just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong as it has been the first time I have used.
