Stats And Sales

Tim + Community,

I have my PreOrder Sections setup but i am not seeing the sales associated to the preorder gallery. I mirrored the Sytist demo section. I do have sales in this preorder. Any ideas why i can see my sales from this preorder.

Hi Arron. We just started using the pre-order this week. It was pretty slick and well received by the end users. I found to see the sales associated with the pre-order gallery I clicked on the Total Sales link [where yours says "$53 Total Sales (1)] within the gallery's Sales and Stats page like you have above. It is an active link that took me to a list of the orders associated with the gallery.

Maybe the orders were pay offline and no payment information added to them?

Thanks for the responses. I pull a report from the SQL database and in the UI. I have sales, I also confirmed sales went thru to square. Not sure why we would not see that on my stats. Anything I might be able to look at?

The bottom image is the demo Sytist NOT my view. My view is the top image.

Any recommendations?

On the orders from the pre-order page, does it show which gallery/page the products are from? It would show under each product like photos in a gallery.

Also, if you know the gallery id you can navigate to all your orders from a particular pre-order link. This is my work around until we can figure out what the issue is. Here is the link to share with everyone ::
https://domain.com/admin/index.php?do=orders&date_id=XXXX#page=thumbs

you want to add the id# where XXXX is to the link to are trying to get the sales from. Hope this is helpful to some of you.

It does work so I don't know why it isn't working in yours.

The only way I can figure it out is if you email me FTP and admin access so I can check the code.
