Reset Password Not Working

Tim, we have had several clients say that they have tried the reset password feature and they never get an email.
Have you heard of this problem?

Emails are probably going into spam.

We have tried it to our own email and it’s not working and it’ does not go to spam/junk.

Tim we actually just got the email but it took over 30 minutes. Is that normal? All other test of emails is immediate.

It sends out like every other email. The server sends the email so you might need to check with your host.
