I recently purchased an update to my Sytist software.
Order #23573
August 30, 2018
I was able to update my website to version 3.01
Now I am wondering why I am not getting the auto update information?
I noticed that my Sytist Registration information has not updated.
Upgrades through: February 14, 2016
How can I update this information or what is going on? I would like to enable the auto update feature.
Thanks

I show updates through Aug 30, 2019.
Go to Settings -> Admin/Main Settings and look for the option "Auto check for updates once a day on home page". If it is set to no, set it to yes, save and return to the home page.
If it is already set to yes, then likely the server has remote file access disabled so it can't check for the updates. "allow_url_fopen" in the PHP settings would need to be enabled. You can contact your host and see if
1) allow_url_fopen be enabled
2) Make sure that the PHP zip functions are enabled.
