Coupon Details Shows At Checkout But Value "0"

Hello
I have a coupon in use for a client. When applied to the cart it shows the details of the coupon but "(£0.00)" instead of "(£100.00)", and does not reducec the total.
Can you help with this?

Most likely the product(s) in the cart are marked as do not allow discounting ... or the coupon has a minimum order amount. Check those. You can edit the products to see if do not allow discounting is checked.
