Insert A Pdf

Is there a way to insert a link to a pdf on to a page and the client can download it?

The way I have done it in the past is post the pdf in another location (Google Drive or Dropbox) and then copy the link. Go to the page on my site where I want it and add the link in the text editor. The links you can place via the text editor can point anywhere from my limited experience. I’m sure someone will chime in and correct me if I’m missing something.

What Scott said, but you can upload the PDF file in Design -> Misc. Images & Files and you can get the link to it from there.
