Gallery Page As Booking Page

I have a Gallery with a few sub-galleries that I am trying to tweak and use as a template for all my events.
My Gallery is a "Gallery Exclusive" and I've used the Booking Services Page for the layout under "Gallery Exclusive Settings" because I prefer the look of the page and 2nd and allows the two sub-galleries to be listed at the top of the page and not the bottom.
An issue I'm having is with the booking button that appears at the bottom of the gallery (due to me selecting it to view as a Booking Services Page). 1. The Button Shows No Text. 2. When it's clicked it does open a calendar and allows a person to select a date, enter their information, and it sends me an email notification . . . . however, I am not able to either link this to an existing (configured) booking or modify the booking settings.
If this is not linkable and just submits a Generic Booking that I have to go in and approve, that is fine, however... is there a way to have the button on the bottom of the page say Click Here To Book. Right now it shows a grey button with no words at the bottom of all gallery pages.
Thanks for your help!

Instead of using the booking services page layout, you should use the default.
To add a book button for a booking service you have created, edit that booking service and click the Book Now Button option along the right of the page. That will give you code you can copy and paste into the page text of that page. You would want to click the < > HTML icon to paste that code it gives you under Book Now Button.
