Hi Tim,
When I look on to my stats, the IP Address of the visitors is always the same, how can I fix that?

That would indicate the site is behind a firewall of some sort.
You can try the follow which may or may not work. If not, they you might want to ask your host about it.
Click Settings in your main menu.
Underneath the left menu click edit config file.
At the bottom of the file before the closing PHP tag ?> ... add this line of code (copy & paste) :
$setup['only_use_remote_address_for_ip'] = true;
