Sell Shop Items Without Payment

Is there a way or workaround to sell a shop item (a book for instance) without having to pay?

I know I can use the offline payment checkout option, so orders have to be paid when the books are delivered or picked up, but then that payment options shows on all hundreds of other galleries and shop items in my site.

I can make the books free, but I would like to use the price calculation of the order.

You would have to use a pay offline option. You can enable it and disable it on other pages/galleries by using the disable payment options option when editing those galleries.
