I have created a mechanism to automatically create password files and upload my sub-galleries via FTP. I saw in a recent update that images/sub galleries can be processed automatically now once uploaded, however it requires the admin upload page to remain open. The issue with this is that we upload all sub galleries after hours for multiple locations. If the page is left open, the login simply times out. Also, the retail employees who run our photo ops do not have access to the admin area., and I don't want them in there anyway. This function is mostly there, but it would be really great if images/galleries could be processed without the need for the admin page to be open. This would allow 100% unattended processing. I realize my scenario is different than most, as we use Sytist for commercial photo ops (museums, attractions, etc.). So we need to keep admin functions like this as transparent as possible to our end users.

There isn't any other option other than having a window/tab open processing the photos. You can have a computer somewhere with that window open to process the photos (doesn't matter where) and it will process the photos. It shouldn't time out either because the session will reset with each automatic refresh.
