Is there any option that if clients complete an online contact form that there can be an auto response sent back with information and a PDF attachment?

Not an attachment. But you can go to Settings -> Default Emails and click the Contract Signed email which is the one sent to the customer after they sign a contract, and put a link in the email to another PDF or file. You can upload that file and get the link in Design -> Misc. Images & Files.

Its a contact form not a contract form. I was hoping that if someone signed up for a promotion I could send them as a auto responder email with more information about the promotion and a price list. That way they don’t have to wait for me to manually send them something. Can we add this to the feature request please

My bad Michael, I read it as "Contract". I need a vacation.
There isn't an option for any autoresponders with forms. But you can redirect them to another page after the form is submitted. There is an option for that when editing the form settings.
