Hi Tim, I finally got some time to work on my site and figured I should start with an upgrade! Everything has been working well and I didn't have time to use the new features, but now I am excited about using some of the new cool things you've released!
I finally figured out how to get my server to allow the auto update which leads me to question 1.
initial the server I installed it on I had to change the name of the sy-admin folder, but that is no longer the case. Can I rename it now? I see another help topic with this question but it's been a while and I wanted to check first.
second, I ran the update manually, everything copied over, logged into my admin site and then my theme editors and saved changes, and it still says I am on version 1.9.0. I have gone through the steps several times to make sure I am not missing something with the same results. What am I missing? Is it too far to go from 1.9.0 to 2.9?

Something worked, because the site no longer loads. I can login to the admin fine, but no page will load. Help! I've never had an issue with your updates, so I decided to update it tonight, but that was stupid as I expect 200 people to login and buy between mid day tomorrow and Monday night. Bad planning on my part!
