Override Content Margins On Mobile

Under Design --> Edit my Theme --> Content Area, I've adjusted the 'Content Margin Top' so that things are aligned properly when viewing my site. Is there a way I can override this margin on the mobile viewing version with additional CSS?

In the additional CSS section of your theme use this code and adjust the 16px value
@media (max-width: 800px) {
#main_container {
margin-top: 16px;
}
}
@media (max-width: 800px) {
#main_container {
margin-top: 16px;
}
}
