Coupon Before Credit Card Is Entered?

I have products that I want to give to schools (motivational posters, note pads, etc) but I would like a price to be on it so they know there is a value. I would like to have a coupon worth 100% of their order. But I also want it so they don't have to enter in a credit card before entering in a discount coupon. Is there anyway of doing this?

A coupon is redeemed before they enter in their credit card / payment information.

thanks. I was 'viewing' it from admin and didn't see that. When I logged out and looked at it as a customer I see where the coupon is entered. Thanks for your help.
