Private Gallery Favorites Access

See the attached screenshot.
I have a private client gallery lightbox it appears someone publicly accessed from a 'favorites' list.
FYI: I have deleted the client name of the private gallery and stated such on the screenshot.
I don't think anyone accessed it because it requires a password. Also, the stats on the gallery page doesn't show the lightbox was accessed.
My question is how is 'favorites' being publicly accessed on a private gallery?
What can be done to stop similar?
I have confidentiality agreements with my client if the gallery is compromised it could be a significant legal issue.

Those are just the pages they viewed. Doesn't mean they actually viewed the gallery, probably just the password screen. Also the favorites link. They can't view favorites if they are not logged into an account.
