I've been uploading photos today (using Safari -haven't had any problems with it freezing like I had with Chrome). One lot of photos appeared to upload normally but they aren't showing anywhere afterwards. I've checked and they are in the s3 bucket but not showing on the Sytist site. Any ideas? The other lots of photos have uploaded normally.

I don't know why they would not be showing. Are they showing where they should be but a broken image or are they not showing at all? Any error messages?

They are not showing anywhere, no error, no thumbnails. They uploaded normal and other batches I uploaded yesterday are fine. At first I thought maybe I hadn’t uploaded them so checked s3 but they are there, just not showing anywhere on Sytist.

Today I am having the same issue. I'm trying to upload to an already existing gallery, and although the upload appears to complete, there is nothing to show. Just blank thumbnails with the filename underneath.

Mine are just completely gone. No trace at all. I know they were there because the preview photo is one of the missing files (that's what made me think to check s3 and they were there.)

Got it working. Was a PHP settings thing like Tim said.

Sarah, if create a new gallery and upload those photos and see what happens. Only thing I can think of is a MySQL error, but I don't see any errors in the logs.

I uploaded them again to the same gallery and seems to be working now. No idea what happened with that batch (it was 400 odd images).
