Mobile - Vertical Orientation Help Needed

When I view my site on a mobile phone, it looks strange. My name and menu tab run together. Also some of the horizontal images are cut off.
*Also when I log into my admin page, a lot of the data is squished together and sometime unreadable.
Am I doing something wrong?

What is happening is a combination of the site of your site name in the header and the main menu. They are running together before the break when it goes to mobile view.
If you go to Design -> Header & Footer and make the font size smaller for Beasley Photography it should take care of it.
