Do I Need The Zips Folder Listed Under The Sy-photos Folder?

I have limited storage with my host and have been looking at the folders that are taking up the most disk space and the zips folder under the sy-photos folder is taking up 20GB and I'm not even sure what that folder is for or why there are a bunch of zipped folders there. Can I delete those off my server with out having an issue?

Those zip files are supposed to be deleted after someone has downloaded so it should be empty. Why it isn't deleting on your site I don't know. But it is OK to delete the contents out of the sy-photos -> zips folder.
