Many of my customers do not see the check mark. It isn't there for them. I can only assume that they do not have something updated on their computer. Is there a way to replace the check mark with a button that says add image. I'm sure this is probably hard coded, if you can tell me which file this is coded perhaps I can take a look at the coding and make the changes myself.
For future updates, please consider adding a button instead of the check mark. I always assume my customers are not very technical with website and need more words then visual.

There is no reason for someone not to be able to see the checkmark unless they don't see any icons at all, which would mean they are using something like internet explorer 7. And there is a message above the collection products to click the checkmark next to the products.
If you want to modify a file:
sy-inc -> store -> store_package_photo.php line 738

They tell me that there is no check mark icon. I'm not sure why. I've only seen this once in person but don't recall what browser it was.
