I have created several price lists and just noticed that when viewing on site some of the products already have the number "1" beside them as if the customer had selected already selected it. Notice the 8x10 on the picture.

The ones with the arrows either have cropping enabled or the option "Collapse Options & Descriptions" checked for the products.
So you can edit your 8x10 in Photo Products -> Product Base and check the option "Collapse Options & Descriptions" so it matches those other products.
