HI Tim,
Trying to batch remove 500 people and get this error message,
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

It might just be too many for the server to delete at one time. Try going to the People section and click the Last Active column to sort by oldest, select all there and see if they delete. You can change the number to 100 at the bottom of the page.
