Name Is Blank Message During Checkout

Hi, I am testing out my checkout and get this message during the payment step: "first name is blank, last name is blank". I cannot proceed with the checkout.

In Settings -> New Accounts Require, under Placing an order, did you uncheck First & Last name?

Hi again. I am not able to figure out why I am getting that message, so I decided to check off the require first and last name under placing an order, so now after typing in the name, I am able to continue.

Can you change it back and email me a or post screenshot where you see "first name is blank, last name is blank"? That doesn't sound like an error it would show on checkout.

Is this at the stage where you make the payment? Which payment option?

Yes in the payment stage. I have 2 payment options, PayPal and Interac e-Transfer. The message pops up when I click on a payment option (it happens with both options).
Anyways, this is just for you information. I don't mind having the "require first and last name" checked off as long as my clients can order then I'm happy :)
