hi I've recently experienced problems with my old hosting company that I've been with for 12+years....and my sytist software is no longer compatible with them(very sad) but I've registered with a new hosting co... will i have to re download sytist all over or just transfer all the files via FTP from old host to new host?? or is it easier to just start from scratch??

I changed from GoDaddy to Saratoga. Dave from Saratoga migrated my site for me. Everything was perfect afterwards.

I was having an issue with my longtime hosting company that affected my Sytist design capabilities.
I've read so many good comments here about Saratoga Hosting, so I called Dave.
After a detailed conversation I decided it was time to make the switch.
Dave handled the migration and set me up with everything I needed including a free SSL Certificate!
My website works flawlessly, it's on a much faster server and it's future ready with the SSL Certificate visitors to my site are better protected!

I was with 1 and 1 for 12 years. Two months ago I made the best decision ever made for my website. I changed to Saratoga Hosting. Dave at Saratoga planned the migration using the existing files I had at 1 and 1 and completed it with no downtime of my website whatsoever.

I made the switch to Saratoga and it was seamless. Dave is great, he walks you through everything so you don't have to worry about anything.
I wish I started with Saratoga when selecting a hosting company. I had so many issues with Godaddy and the spam was terrible from their servers. Since switching,
I have had zero issues and my site is up and running all the time now.

I just switched from Go Daddy to Saratoga Hosting. Dave did a fantastic job consulting and migrating my site over without any downtime. It was up and running the next morning. Can't say enough about how great Saratoga Hosting has resolved all my issues I had at Go Daddy.
