Hi Tim!
When we process an order that the client wants to pay in person, we've been using account credits to complete the transaction. The order total seems to change when the credits are applied.
In the attached screen cap you can see the order Sub Total is $119.97 before tax. When you add our 5% GST (VAT) the tax is $6 and the final total should be $125.97. The shopping cart showed this total on the client side, and we took a payment for that amount, then added an account credit of $125.97 and completed the order.
As you can see here, the site somehow thinks the order total was just $119.00. The client was left with an account credit of $6.97 and you can see it only took $119.00 off of his account. What's happening here? (We have multiple orders with this issue, my staff only just brought it to my attention...)
