just wondering the best way to cancel or edit a prepaid time slot in the calendar?
If I delete her appt? what happens to the order she paid for? can I move that money to her now appt time slot? or does it simply just give her credit? then I can apply it?

View the appointment in the calendar and then click "cancel event".
Then you can view their order and set it to trash and either refund them or add a credit to their account.
