Tim,
How do I change the message, "A deposit is required to confirm this booking in the amount of:" when a client is booking a date to read the following:
"A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm this booking in the amount of:"
I want to inform them in the process/booking window that the deposit is not refundable before they click the Continue button. My past experience is that clients overlook things when booking sessions.
I opened some of the php files and found the reference to the code "_booking_deposit_required_message_" but I could not locate the actual textual message to change.

Hi Tim, How can I set the deposit to show including VAT.
Currently the overall price shows including VAT but the deposit amount doesn't.
Thanks

There isn't a way to do that and I am not sure how I can accomplish that. I will have to put some thought into it.
