We created the Zip File to Download the Photos. But the ZIP File wasn`t created.
We got an 404.
I delete the folder
sy-photos/order-photos/xxxxx
i hoped to create the zip file again.
How can i recreate the Zipfile to Download the Order?
Best regards
Mathis

It could be the PHP zip functions are not enabled in the PHP configuration on your hosting. To check, download this zip file
https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/sytist-check-requirements.zip
Unzip it and upload the sytist.php file in your Sytist admin in Design -> Misc. Images & files then click the link to view it. Around the last line it will say if the zip function is enabled. If it is not, then you can contact your hosting company about getting the ZIP functions enabled in the PHP configuration.
If it is enabled, then it could be too many photos for the server to process the zip file.

Click Settings in the main menu.
Then click MySQL Query under the left menu.
Copy and paste this line and replace 123456 with the order number of the order
UPDATE ms_orders SET order_photos_folder='' WHERE order_id='123456';
