Here is how to send a Sytist created invoice by email from your regular email program.
When you have an account that needs the same invoice emailed to more than one person at the same company, the default invoice email only allows sending one email to the registered person within Sytist. Below is how to send it from your email client software that will allow sending to more than one person.
First, create the invoice in the registered account area of Sytist.
Second, open the Sytist invoice email located in the registered person account page. CTL A and then CTL C to copy all the information.
Third, Go to your email client (I used Thunderbird) and, CTL V to paste the information into the email software.
Finally, send a test to yourself and test all the links.
Since the copied invoice email in Sytist is not in HTML I wasn't sure the links would work.
In my test, all Sytist links worked in the Thunderbird email and iPhone email.
