Is there anyway to export Orders so that the order detail (i.e. Products, Qty, etc) is exported as well? How about exporting People information?

Hello Tim,
for better (automatic) workflow, it would be great, if a pre-defined Photo Product Export is saved on the Server for each new order automatically, so no user interaction (Multi-step Manual Export each order with the error source of overlook an order or double export) is necessary. Our ERP-System would just have to poll a specific Folder on the Server Sytist saves csv-files for each order into.
What do you think about. Is this a "would never implemented" feature or a feature which might comes available in the next 12 months?
Or is there a way to get these informations by direct Access to the sytist database? (Which table?)
Regards,
Lucas

You mean to create a CSV file for every order and move it into a folder somewhere? I don't know if that is something I will be developing.
The order information is in several database tables. ms_orders, ms_cart, ms_cart_options.

Yes, exactly. Another way would be, that this csv file comes as an attachment to the "New Pending Order" eMail.
