I am sure I am doing something wrong but I can see the gallery on the front page. If I go into the admin area and set the password it will not open on the client page or prompt for a password. So I went back to the admin side and set it to no password. The gallery will still not open. As a last resort, I assigned the gallery to myself and logged in on another email I created pretending to be a client. I went to my account and clicked on find my photos and it took me back to the homepage with the gallery preview picture (The one I cannot open). So what am I doing wrong? Anyone?

Okay I think I botched the install somehow. I am trying to install the site into a sub folder. So everything seemed to work until I uploaded a gallery. Now clicking on the gallery won’t do anything. I am assuming that when I installed everything I have the client galleries going to a second clients folder which I mistakenly assumed was the clients folder I was trying to install into. I am not so sure at this point.

What I can say is that I can view the gallery if I go to mysite.com/clients/clients/client_name. But the link from mysite.com/clients will not work or do anything but refresh the page.

I have looked in the sy-config.php file and see:

// Below is used when installing on a temporary URL. If you have your domain pointing to this hosting account now and no longer using a temporary URL, remove the line bellow

$setup['temp_url_folder'] = "/clients”;

I tried commenting it out and the site CSS file apparently does not load and nothing really works. So I am guess this should not be deleted. I have looked all over the documentation to see if I could find a reference to this but I am unable to located it.

Did you make any changes to that gallery in the external link section under the more options link? It's like it is trying to redirect.

OR, I think maybe you used the "Show content from a page" option in the gallery section.

Click edit under Clients in the left menu of the Site Content section.

Scroll down to Show content from a page and that should be set to do not use.
