Products With Status Set To "closed" Still Showing In Parent Category

Hi Tim,
I found a new bug. I have a service product in a sub category. When the service product is set to "Publish" it shows up in the parent category as well, which is the desired functionality.
When the service product is set to "Draft" it does not show up in the parent category, again the desired functionality.
However, when the service product is set to "Closed" it shows up again in the parent category, which it should not be doing.

The closed status something added in one of the recent updates, but looks like I missed some spots. I will fix it in the next update. Just keep it on draft for now.
