Mobile File Downloads Cause Not Working

When my clients try to download a file on a mobile device, they either receive an error, or only a portion of the file downloads.
These same downloads work just fine on my desktop.
Chrome IOS says ""Site Can't Be Reached: The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_FAILED",
Safari downloads the top ~10% of the image.
It seems like the connection is closing before the file is finished transferring.
I've attempted this on both an iPad and iPhone using Chrome and Safari on both.

Post or email me a link to a gallery with password if needed so I can test it out. No issues on my phone.

Tim, was there ever a fix found for this issue? I am working on implementing the download credit feature in my site currently and am encountering the same trouble as in the original post above. Seems to work just fine when using/downloading to a laptop or pc, but mobile device (iOS at least , I do not have an android device to test on) acts same as above with both chrome and safari.

I have tested the downloads on all devices .. computers, tablets, apple and android phones and never had an issue with the download. Maybe it is something to do with the server or a certain device model. If you can email the link to a gallery with password if needed I can test it out.

Perhaps it is a server issue then. We tried it on Safari and Chrome, both on my phone (iPhone X) and my wife’s (iPhone 8) with the same results on both.
