I have made no changes to my site but now get this error - any ideas what has gone wrong?

That error indicates it is using the index.php file from Website:D, not Sytist. So somehow that file got uploaded or moved.
You will need to download this Sytist index file:
https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/Sytist-index-file.zip
Unzip it and upload it into your public_html folder overwriting the existing one either with an FTP program or the file manager in your hosting control panel.

Thanks as always Tim - that solved it.
I am guessing that the server must have had a glitch as I hadnt made any changes for that to happen....?
